The consecration ceremony of Guan Yin Bodhisattva, Sukhavati Tri-Lokha Lokanatha, on November 24, 2009, was a historic day for Sisaket province. His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn (King Rama X) and Her Royal Highness Princess Srirasmi presided over the ceremony at Wat Ban Nong Takian, Tambon Chan, Amphoe Mueang, Sisaket Province.  The presiding monk for the ceremony was Phra Phromwachirayan (Prasit Khemangkaro), a member of the Supreme Sangha Council and Abbot of Wat Yannawa, Bangkok. The chief monk for the Buddha consecration ceremony was Luang Pu Kliang of Wat Ban Non Kaed, Mueang District, and the chief layperson for the ceremony was Ajarn Mom
